A One-Stop Solution. I offer clients a valuable combination—distinctive design and efficient construction services in one place. Far too often designers and builders are hired separately which may lead to a number of technical problems. Designers are not contractors, of course, and are frequently unable to “see” behind walls and into the inner workings of a home or space. By uniting these practices, however, I am able to utilize my deep industry experience and avoid these issues.
My Passion. I truly believe that I am one of the top contractors in Chicago, and I view each project from the perspective of both a contractor and a designer. I provide designs that are inherently functional. I am always two steps ahead of the game, paying attention to every detail beforehand. My clients know right away how the design will be implemented with construction, not the other way around. As a result, the job will be done right the first time, saving you time and money.
Communication & Flexibility. Because of my direct involvement with each step of the process, I am available to communicate and address all issues first-hand.
